Where can I find your coffeeshops?

We proudly operate five coffeeshops across Amsterdam and Mijdrecht:

Each location has its own unique atmosphere, but the same commitment to quality, calm, and good vibes.

You can find addresses, opening hours, and contact info on our Store Locator page and on the homepage.

Can I buy products from the webshop in-store?

Most of the merch you see online is exclusive to the webshop.

Some of our locations may carry select pieces, but the full drop is available online only.

If you're in the shop and see something you love, ask the team — they’ll guide you.

Can I return a webshop purchase in-store?

At this time, all webshop returns must be handled online.

You can’t return or exchange online orders at one of our coffeeshop locations — we keep things separate to keep it smooth.

Do the shops have their own style?

Yes — each of our locations has its own visual identity and vibe.

We celebrate that energy in our limited-edition merch.

It’s all part of The Coffeeshops family, but you’ll find your own favorite.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, the EU, and select countries worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over €50.

Below €50:

  • NL → €4,95
  • EU → €9,95
  • Rest of World → €14,95

When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email when your order leaves our hands.

How long does delivery take?

  • NL & BE: 1–2 business days
  • EU: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of world: 5–12 business days

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days as long as it’s unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Email us at hello@thecoffeeshops.com to start your return.

Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

👕 Sizing & Product Info

How do I find the right size?

Our apparel fits true to size unless otherwise noted. Still unsure? Email us — we’ll help.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes. Most pieces are produced in small batches. If something you love is gone, it might not come back — but you can always ask.

🧾 Orders & Support

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes.

My item arrived damaged — what now?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it.

Is the webshop connected to your coffeeshops in Amsterdam?

Yes. The products in our online store are inspired by our locations (Loft, De Republiek, Siberië, Espresso & De Supermarkt), but the webshop is separate from in-shop sales.

Where is everything made?

We work with partners across Europe and beyond to ensure quality, sustainability, and originality.
